Your new workday:
As a Salesforce Consultant specialising in Core Cloud, you will help deliver intelligent, scalable solutions to transform customer operations. In addition to providing technical advice on customer relationship management and customer service, you will translate client needs into actionable client solutions. You will advise customers of various sizes and industries, from identifying technical requirements to helping your team implement them.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Analyse customer requirements and optimise as well as implement methods and processes
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs using Salesforce technologies
- Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Document solutions, develop best practices and share knowledge within the team
- Plan and deliver workshops and customer training
What you should bring with you:
- Professional experience in Salesforce or a related field
- Ideally Salesforce certifications
- Experience in the areas of customer experience
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good presentation and communication skills and enjoyment of consulting
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Based in the London area, willing to go to the office 1day/wk
- Fluent in English, right to work in the UK
