Your new workday:
As an IT Administrator (m/f/x), you are responsible for the stable, secure and efficient operation of our IT environment. You design, configure and manage the company’s network and computer infrastructure, ensuring that our employees can work efficiently at all times. In this role, you operate at the intersection of infrastructure, security and user support: you provision devices, manage access rights, maintain modern endpoint and MDM solutions, and support compliance requirements.
Tasks
This is how you can help us make our IT even better:
- Configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager (OSX and Windows)
- Manage MDM for iOS
- Configure and maintain the network infrastructure in our offices
- Manage the provisioning of devices within the company
- Maintain permissions within Microsoft products
- Support compliance requirements
- Document previously undocumented processes
What you should bring with you:
- Solid understanding of network security and best practices
- illingness to learn and motivation to optimize recurring tasks
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Experience with Microsoft administration / MDM, networking, and initial exposure to Linux, Docker or similar technologies
