Your new workday:
As a Salesforce Consultant Field Service / FSL (m/f/x), you are an essential part of our Competence Center Service Cloud. You advise companies – from startups to global enterprises – on their digital transformation with a strong focus on Field Service. You help clients across a wide range of industries design and implement Salesforce solutions that optimize field operations, streamline processes and boost productivity. With your expertise, you create sustainable business impact and deliver real value for their daily operations.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Analyse and optimize workflows and business processes for our clients
- Design and implement Service Cloud and Field Service solutions
- Advise clients on functional and technical questions, including mobile applications and web portals
- Collaborate closely with project members and internal stakeholders
- Present project results and take responsibility for technical configuration tasks
- Continuously develop your expertise through certifications and training, ensuring your knowledge stays up to date
What you should bring with you:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a similar field
- Hands-on experience with implementing and operating Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions
- Strong IT affinity and solid knowledge of SaaS, databases and CRM
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and team spirit
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English
