In our application process, we want to get to know you as well as possible, learn who you are, and understand how you can contribute to the Salesfive Group. At the same time, you should also get a feeling for whether we are the right employer for you.

Your application

Applying can be simple. That’s why we make the entire process as transparent as possible. Here you can already see which steps await you so that you can prepare in the best way for your application and your dream job.

Apply online

Browse through our open positions. Various filters for role or entry level make it easier for you to get an overview. Once you’ve found a suitable position, you can submit your application online in just 5 minutes.

First introduction via video call

After you’ve impressed us with your application, we’ll invite you to an initial video call in a relaxed atmosphere. You can ask your first questions, and together we’ll see whether expectations align on both sides.

Meet your team

During your meeting with the specialist department – either remotely or in person – you’ll get to know your potential new colleagues and exchange ideas with them. This gives you a first impression of whether you’re a good match for each other. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a case study. This helps us gain a clearer picture of your professional and personal strengths while you get a feel for the practical aspects of the role.

Your personalized offer

You managed to convince us — and we were able to show you why working with us is worth it? Then, as the next step, we’ll present you with a personalized offer, which we’ll go through together in a call. If everything feels right, it’s time to say: Welcome to the Salesfive Group!

We know that the application process can come with many questions. That’s why we’ve collected the most common topics for you — from your application and the interview process to your first day with us. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect when you join the Salesfive Group.

Absolutely! If several open positions sound interesting to you and match your skills and expectations, you don’t need to commit to just one right away. We’re happy to receive multiple applications from you!

If none of our current open positions are the right fit for you, you are very welcome to take the initiative. We’ve compiled all the information you need here in order to submit a speculative application with us.

A lead time of 2–3 months is ideal for your application. If you’re looking for a quicker start at Salesfive, we’re also happy to receive your short-notice application.

We always need your CV. In addition, you are welcome to submit optional application documents such as a cover letter or certificates.

The period from the first introduction to the personal offer typically takes around 3–6 weeks. If you need a quicker decision for your planning, feel free to discuss this with us individually.

We don’t have a fixed dress code. What matters most is that you feel comfortable during your interview. With “business casual,” you’ll always be on the safe side in the offices of the Salesfive Group.

You will receive feedback from us no later than one week after your final interview. If it’s a good fit for both sides, we’ll go through your offer together and you will receive your employment contract. Before your start date, you’ll get all the information you need for your onboarding at the Salesfive Group. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can always reach out to your HR contact person or send general questions via email to recruiting@salesfive.com. We’ll be happy to support you.
